Insulation - Feb. 2026 – Current

• Guide subcontractors through contract and ITP requirements to maintain quality control and productivity.

• Manage installation of piping and equipment insulation, including mineral wool, calcium silicate, foam glass, cellular glass, pyrogel, aerogel, cladding, and removable blankets.

• Compose ITP verifying insulation requirements for piping, tanks, HRSG components, and rotating, ensuring compliance of insulation thicknesses and proper coverage of around valves, flanges, supports, and cladding.

Commissioning - Oct. 2025 – Current

• Developed a commissioning spare parts list based on vendor O&M.

• Coordinated and supported TFAs for in-service equipment checkout and commission in line with contract requirements.

• Performed checkout and completed check sheets for all mechanical equipment, including rotating (Run-Ins) and static (In-Service) equipment.

HRSG/BOP Pipe - Dec. 2024 – Oct. 2025

• Submitted RFIs, redlines, weld uploads, and work/test packages throughout all project phases.

• Managed code compliance requirements in accordance with ASME Section 1 and ASME B31.1.

• Closed out work packages and managed punch list completion to ensure all pipe activities and drive turnover.

• Executed hydrostatic, pneumatic, and in-service testing on HRSGs and all associated balance-of-plant piping systems in collaboration with the State Authorized Inspector to ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

Concrete - Jun. 2024 – Dec. 2024

• Monitored consolidation, finishing, curing, and protective activities.

• Performed field calculations for concrete volumes, pour sequencing, and formwork.

• Verified formwork geometry, rebar placement, embeds, anchor bolts, and post-tensioning layouts prior to concrete placement.

• Oversaw concrete pours, verifying compliance with mix design, slump tolerances, temperature limits, and placement procedures.
